At Nit Pickers Co., we stand behind the quality of our work. Clients who complete our full treatment process may qualify for our 30-Day Lice-Free Guarantee, meaning we will provide additional follow-up support if lice return within 30 days of treatment.

To qualify for this guarantee, the following conditions must be met:

1. Initial Treatment and Follow-Up Appointment

The guarantee applies only to clients who receive a full professional treatment and complete the recommended follow-up appointment.

2. All Infested Household Members Treated

If additional members of the household are found to have lice, they must also receive treatment and the recommended follow-up to qualify for the guarantee.

3. Home Environment & Compliance

The lice specialist must determine that the home environment and risk of reinfestation are appropriately managed, and that aftercare instructions will be followed. Qualification for the guarantee is provided at the specialist’s discretion based on these factors.

4. Aftercare Instructions Followed

Clients must follow all post-treatment care instructions provided by Nit Pickers Co., including recommended home care and monitoring.

If lice are detected again within 30 days and all conditions of the guarantee have been met, Nit Pickers Co. will provide additional treatment support at no cost.
